Service Description

Release the stress of the day with this de-stressing yoga session. Start with deep belly breaths and Easy Pose combined with Lion’s Breath to let go of tension. Move through Table Top, Cat-Cow stretches, and Deep Hip Stretches. Transition into Puppy Pose, Low Lunge, and Lunge and Twist to open your hips and chest. Incorporate Downward Facing Dog, Forward Fold, and Wide-Legged Forward Fold to stretch your entire body. Complete the flow with a Yogic Squat, Head to Knees, Supine Twists, and a calming Savasana guided meditation.
