Flow through calming poses like Child’s Pose, Cat-Cows, and Seated Forward Bends. Continue with Sphinx and Cobra poses to gently stretch the spine, followed by Knees to Chest and Deep Leg Stretches. End with soothing poses such as Laying Butterfly, Happy Baby, and a deeply restorative Savasana guided meditation.
