Service Description

Designed to gently wake up your body, this class begins with Kapalbhati breath on an empty stomach to energize and cleanse. Engage in mobility exercises for your neck, shoulders, and wrists, followed by bends and twists to increase flexibility in your spine and hips. This will be followed by lunges to build strength and flexibility in your legs. poses to enhance your balance, and stretches to ensure you’re ready for the day. The class concludes with a peaceful Savasana guided meditation.
