Ideal for improving flexibility and joint mobility, this class starts with equal ratio breathing to harmonize your breath. We will begin with mobility exercises for your shoulders, neck, wrists, ankles, and knees. Easy poses and side stretches will open your body, followed by poses to stretch your back and enhance flexibility. We will engage the entire body Thread the Needle Pose and Downward Facing Dog will engage your entire body, with Upward Facing Dog and Forward Folds deepening the stretch. Conclude with Yogic Squat, Deep Lizard Pose, Happy Baby Pose, and a restful Savasana guided meditation.
