Flights
Enjoy one of the most scenic flights in Pakistan when you fly into Skardu International Airport. There are daily PIA flights from Karachi, Lahore & Islamabad. If you need pickup or dropoff service from the airport, we can provide that in our shuttle for a small per-person charge.
Driving
From Islamabad: There are two routes to Shigar from Islamabad. You can take the stunning Karakoram Highway (KKH) year round, which will be about a 15 hour drive. It is fully paved, except for a few gravel sections around the new dam construction. You can do it in one long day or choose to break up your travel by staying in Besham or Chilas. In the summer months, you can also take N-15 through Naran, Kaghan & Babusar Pass, which reduces the travel time to about 10-12 hours. Any route you take, be prepared for breathtaking vistas!
